SprintSessions to help the teams align and move to action.
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is one of the top Pharmaceutical Companies in the world. Two of their Product teams required support from Sprintmodo to improve alignment cross-functionally on their priority initiatives, to help them to do their best work as a team.
We ran a number of SprintSessions (facilitated and tailored workshops, to align and take action on a specific business challenge) with the teams, to first align on what they need to do and then prioritise the key actions to take. In addition, we identified specific Tangible Actions that would help the team to work better together in future, without input from Sprintmodo, giving them efficiency, effectiveness and job satisfaction.
The J&J Italy SprintSessions led to strategic clarity across the team, ready-to-implement prioritised operational plans and Tangible Actions to drive high team performance. Our success with the teams has led to return work for Sprintmodo (we have worked with J&J Italy in five projects), with ratings of 9.5/10 for our work.
