Our Solution

Leadership Performance System™

The Leadership Performance System™ is delivered through a series of 90-day cycles, each targeting a key lever of manager performance. In this case, we focused on the second lever, Team Power.

How it worked

Over one 90-day Team Power performance cycle, we gathered insights on what is working and what could be improved, for increased team performance. We ran a Challenge Session with the managers to align on the most impactful changes, and used the Manager Sidekick to drive execution.

We captured insights from their team of 19, via surveys and from a 1:1 interview with the Managing Director.
Challenge Session
We aligned with the managers on the key obstacles to momentum, and which Tangible Actions would have the biggest impact.
Manager Sidekick
One representative manager continued on the Pro Plan of the Manager Sidekick platform to maintain execution performance.

Outcomes
