It has been a busy year, where we have managed to get some real momentum of our own! Earlier this year, we launched our new website on Sprintmodo.com, which paints a clear picture around how we are helping leaders close execution gaps and unlock high performance.

We have now launched our new Manager Sidekick platform, which is a personal momentum accelerator, that gives managers the structure and support to enhance and sustain execution and deliver results. It helps managers to prioritise and deliver on their value drivers, what their team needs from them, and how to influence their other stakeholders.

Along with all this product development, we have been doing some really interesting work, expanding our Challenge Sessions approach, where managers and teams have been challenged to learn in an experiential way, where they tackle real execution challenge scenarios, and embed proven work practices to unlock performance.
