In the two 90-day cycles of Commercial Edge and Team Power, we got insights on performance gaps and challenges, ran Challenge Sessions (virtually) and provided Tangible Actions to guide implementation.

Helped the managers to think like business owners, make sharper decisions and drive results.
Cycle 2: Team Power
Worked with the managers to build accountable, high-performing teams, to multiply their impact.
Manager Sidekick Platform
The managers were given extended access to the Manager Sidekick Platform, after the cycles were finished.
