𝐎𝐩𝐭-𝐎𝐮𝐭: Put a clear meeting goal in each meeting invite and allow team members to opt-out if their attendance isn’t necessary.
𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲: Designate one meeting-free day per week, to allow for focus time.
𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬: Anything that could be an email, should be an email.
